Shipping Policy
At Little E & Me, we take care in packaging and preparing your order to ensure each piece arrives beautifully and safely.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please allow up to one week for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey home.
Please note that during launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible while maintaining our attention to detail and quality.
Local Pickup Policy
We’re happy to offer local pickup for our nearby customers! It’s a great way to skip shipping and receive your order quickly.

First building - front door.
Orders are available for pickup from our secure lockbox.
The access code will be provided in your “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is prepared.
How to Use the Lockbox:
- Turn the numbers to match your provided code.
- Turn the knob clockwise and pull to open.
- When finished, close the box, turn the knob counterclockwise, and scramble the numbers to lock it again.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically ready within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is available for pickup.
Pickup Window:
Please plan to pick up your order within 7 days of receiving your “Ready for Pickup” email. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be returned to inventory and subject to a restocking fee. If you can’t make it and need your order shipped a separate shipping invoice will be sent.
