Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship out within one week of being placed. During launches, sales, or holidays, please allow a few extra days as we work carefully to package and prepare each order with love.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination. You’ll see your shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available for our nearby customers. Orders are usually ready within 48 hours, and pickup details (including your lockbox code) will be sent in your “Ready for Pickup” email.
Pickups must be made within 7 days of that email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Our fulfillment process begins right away so we can get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items, including clearance, mystery bundles, or personalized pieces, cannot be returned.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. Please note that Little E & Me is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you locate your order.
Are your items true to size?
Most of our pieces run true to size, but sizing may vary slightly by style or brand. We include fit notes and measurements when possible to help you choose the perfect size. Still unsure? Reach out — we’re happy to help.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some favorites may return, but many of our collections are limited edition and may not restock. We recommend signing up for our email list or following us on social media to be the first to know about new arrivals.
Do you host in-person shopping events?
Yes! We love connecting with our community in person. Little E & Me occasionally hosts pop-ups, local markets, and in-person shopping events throughout the year.
When upcoming events are scheduled, they’ll be announced on our social media pages and featured right on our homepage so you never miss a chance to shop in person.
